Unbeatable location. While the unit itself is somewhat dated, you really do feel like you are staying right on the beach. The weather was cold and the unit does NOT have central heating or air. They have some wall heaters in the bathrooms and the guestroom, but it wasn’t quite effective at truly heating the unit. But Bluewater responded and dropped off an additional space heater after I had inquired. By far the best thing about the unit, other than the obvious amazing views, was Bluewater’s management. The home was beautiful and perfect for a girls trip away. Just a block from the beach and a nice walk to downtown La Jolla or Birdrock. It ended up raining 1 day and we were very content to spend the day at the house by the fire.
Great location and very clean unit. Beds were very comfortable and sleeps a lot of people comfortably! Only downside is the condo patios look out over a junky yard and doesn't get a lot of great light, so seemed a little dark.

We had great stay in the vacation home. The host proactively reached out and share all check in information. He also check in during my stay and right before check out to make sure accommodating if there is any needs. The home is right by the beach and not very loud at night. I would recommend to stay here again.
