Bakersfield BMW has sold Mandee Meek a $60,000 lemon and refuses to do the right thing and buy it back! My cousin also had a BMW that was traded in for more problems and had poor customer service as well. I will NEVER give you my business, Nor recommend anyone to you!!!
I'm very disappointed in the poor customer service shown to my friend Mandee Meek. Sometimes cars are just lemons. In that case, do the right thing and fix the problem by buying back the car and getting the it off the streets, in return, showing that you actually care about your customers!
I meant to put 1 star and clicked 4 by accident! I do not condone bad business and just want to confirm that you do bad business!!!!
