I had a appointment for a oil change they drained the oil out and forgot to refill it with oil. Washed it and let me drive off like that. Got across town and my car and my car notified me that my oil was low. Had to drive it all the way back to the dealership for them to do their job right and put new oil in my car. Their mistake was “mistakes happen”.
My first experience with BMW if Bakersfield hasn’t been a good one m. We purchased a vehicle sight unseen but were told by the sales associate Daniel that it was “identical” to the car we test drive minus a different color interior. When we picked up the vehicle 5 days later the tires were a different size as well as the rims not being the same. In regards to finance we have had nothing but issues. They are not people who keep their word! They owed us money on a purchase of a vehicle. Was told check was mailed out Monday before have not recieved it. Now apparently their accounting and finance staff have been out for two weeks. What kind of dealership especially one of this caliber is this?
First I was not told to bring declaration page of my insurance for loaner car. Then all services I requested was not done. Had to bring car back a second time to have completed. Was not called when car ready. Car was not washed. I called and was told car was ready, but when I got there the paperwork was not completed so I had to wait.. They do not follow through with what they promise..
we brought both of our BMW 760 n m6 to BMW of Bakersfield spent over $16,000.00 in repairs.n they did not warranty their work n now one blown engine, another needs transmission. miss diagnosed BOTH cars replaced items that did not need replaced and caused v12 has 130,000 miles engine to blow, and transmission to go out in m6 has only 70,000 miles drove them to Utah has to bring it back 6times stil didn't fix towed the m6 back to BMW said they didn't have a mechanic qualified to fix it now sitting with another $20,000.00 in r... read more
Do not buy from them!!! Disappointed! They really did not provide BMW customer service. The worst sales men ever ! Just trying to get you in car weather you like it or not. All about trying to close the deal. Oh and don't you dare go over your miles you'll be paying outrageous fees.
Trying to get someone to answer even a phone call in the service dept is impossible. Leave messages, no return calls. Call over and over, straight to voicemail. We have two BMW's left and we're done with their crap service.. Dealing with Lotus and Mercedes is day and night compared to this dealer..
