Bought multiple Cars from them in 4 years. I've refereed so many people. My car was in an accident and took it to them to get fixed & they did not fix it properly. The service manager Jim acted as if I was making stuff up. When my car IS NOT the same. My steering wheel shakes so bad! I won't be back nor refer anyone I will be trading both of my brand new bmws in at Lexus or audi

Poor service all the way around! Worst service ever!!! Phone calls never returned. Had to personally look for the service rep several times. Nothing was ever explained when I took my vehicle in for service. I had to frequently leave messages and call the service reps. I was treated very poorly and wasn't taken as a serious customer (Especially if you buy your vehicle elsewhere and take it to this place, expect poor service and extremely long waits as you'll be put to the back burner). From purchasing my vehicle to having it serviced BMW Bakersfield is horrible. Messages are never returned and I can't get a hold of anyone but the message center. I've owned my X6 for 4 months and this is the 7th time I've brought it in for issues. Will never buy again

Sales is great. Scheduled service is good (Except for that time when a service advisor tried to tell me the reason for the cold start hesitation is due to the long drive shaft). But, check your car for damages because they won't own up to theiir mistakes. The service manager confronted me without even asking the people that worked on my car when i discoovered the car had been scratched while getting the car serviced. Definitely not customer oriented organization.
Never seen so many unkept promises ever ! I've seen better customer service from used car dealerships selling old beaters!
