I can say I had a very good experience. I saw a car online, walked right in and was assisted automatically. I was assigned to Nick, who I can say was very helpful on buying my first car! highly recommend. Took the car out for a test drive, was shown the specs of the car. Overall, he was very helpful and taught me everything I needed to know about the car

This is the third car my wife and I leased with Nick and if we lease another BMW we would call Nick again. Nick gave us the best deal we could find, and I shopped around to all of the dealerships in our area. Everything went as promised and we could not ask for more. I must say that if you are planning to buy a car, this is the place to be. The attitude is so positive that they just try to make it happen. I have taken my 3rd car from here and every time the service keeps getting better. Nick di Bernard is excellent and I have been all over the world but this place is a proper mix of personal & professional touch. I never leave reviews, ever, but my experience with BMW of Roxbury has been exceptional. I have never had any issues with trade ins, leasing, service, because of Nick! He's phenomenal at what he does, I always leave satisfied with my service. He has helped me out multiple times, always answers my questions, and is always around when he's needed.
