I had a great experience, however, I would be more happy if I were able to receive a lower payment. In the end, the experience was great!

Tooki time to explain and was helpful. Negotiation was not the typical run to the sales manager approach, saleman we empowered to negotiate. Took time after the sale.

I am 74 yrs old, owned many cars..NEVER was treated as well at any other auto dealership service department!! I can not praise the service at Roxbury BMW enough! They make it very easy and relaxing AND they do what they say they are going to do. The service department is run like a well oiled machine; infact it is run as smooth as a BMW!!!!!
Agatha is great. Very knowledgable about all BMWs. She is also very passionate about cars, especially BMWs. I have purchased 4 vehicles from her and she has always been very fair on the price.

Returning to Roxbury was a pleasure. My questions regarding the navigation and communication system in my 2007 328xi were thoroughly addressed by Allen. He went over every feature and showed me how to accurately operate all my "high tech" devices. Upon purchasing the car, I began to notice inadequacies with the brakes, Allen and Raymond, both were helpful in making sure my brakes were replaced. I couldn't be happier.
