I traveled to BMW of Roxbury from Wilmington, Delaware because they priced their cars so competitively. Both I and my father spoke with Nick Dibernard on the phone, and he was kind enough to send us pictures of the vehicle before we made the several hour journey. When we arrived, I was pleased that the quailty was as stated, and it was a pleasure to work with Nick. I was very happy with the terms, purchase price, and the follow-ons to make sure that all is well. I plan to use this dealership for all my future BMW needs

My experience @ Roxbury BMW was a very pleasant one .I moved over 60 miles away , but while my lease was due to end Kiera Henry was extremely helpful locating me the perfect vehicle for my needs I drove to get my vehicle there even though I live 15 min from another BMW dealership.Kiera was always able to answer my questions & make the turn in & release of another vehicle easy & was always professional & very knowledgeable . Christian was an excellent sales adviser, and I would suggest him to anyone that is interested in purchasing a BMW. Throughout the process we were able to speak frankly with one another about the proposed sale and trade-in, and he did his best to accommodate what I was looking for as far as the value that I was seeking for my trade and what I wanted out of the car I was purchasing.
