"Delightful experience" I had an issue with the idrive system in my X5. Mr. Wong proved to be very knowledgeable and solved the problem in a timely manor. This is the second time that I have interacted with him and each time he was patient, friendly and eager to assist me. He is indeed an asset to Ramsey BMW.
