"Met expectations and comfortable" Making the appointment was easy as a live person actually answered the phone. The intake was smooth. The customer waiting lounge was comfortable and had fresh blueberry pound cake and coffee. The wait was as promised and the car was washed. No complaints.
"Robmar" This dealership was top notch! Tim went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Tim Gallagher to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

" my appointment for service " I had to call and change my service appointment twice because of a snow storm. The woman at BMW was helpful and when I got there (finally!) my loaner was waiting! My representative John helped me and explained the service results when I picked my car up.

"Easier than expected!!" I went in expecting the usual car sales routine. I hate car shopping. But every e was nice and pleasant, and negotiating was much easier than expected. Initial desk was lower than we thought. In the end finance didn’t push anything g on us either. They explained but were not pushy. Made the experience so much better.
"Great Experience and Frank always takes good care of me" Just got my 3rd BMW and 2nd from BMW of Ramsey. Always a good experience working with the team there. Frank Salzano was referred to be a few years ago by a friend who's been getting his BMWs from him, and he always takes good care.
