"Prompt and complete" Easy to schedule an appointment, work done promptly. Good communication, Frank was very professional and provided a good information for the work done . These reviews are too long and time consuming.

"Z4 Purchase" Loyal BMW owners. Went in to discuss turning in leased 528 and knew the Z4 had come in. Only one around so decided to lease it. Pedro made it an easy process. Dwayne explained all the car features to 2 very technology challenged adults in the simplest and patient way! Robert got us through the financial papers and got us out the door with our new car as fast as possible.
"Always 5 star service!!" Bringing in our 328 ix for service is always a non-event at this dealership especially when working with Diana, service advisor. Haven't had one issue to have something done over again after 4 years of coming here. Kudos to Diana and the service team at BMW Ramsey! Plus they have a great customer waiting area with good eats and beverages. :))
"Great Service Department" Had a recall item. They took care of it promptly! Han another issue which they caught before it became an expensive fix. Serviced both cars I have correctly. Loaner was clean.
"Great" This is by far the most efficient and effective bmw service center I've come across. From the second I walked through the service door I was greeted by the director Anthony, then navigated to my service advisor Diana, who set a great example on how customer service should be. Diana went above and beyond my expectations during my visit to get my bmw repaired. I was extremely satisfied with this experience.
