"Awesome Service - Diana Martinez " I can’t highly recommend BMW of Ramsey service center enough. Especially when it comes to my service advisor Diana Martinez. I recently had a major problem with my X3 and Diana went up, over & beyond everything possible to help. Diana totally came through for me this time and every time I bought my car to her. Always calls back when she says she is and responds back in a timely fashion. Diana is a shinning star.

"Tremendous- car came back as good as new" My car was stolen and ultimately found by the Newark Police. I immediately called Anna Marie Pisercha and she took care of the rest. From getting the car moved to Ramsey BMW, to dealing with the insurance company and of course fixing the car. (She even helped me with setting of the electronics). And of course, the car came back to me as good as new. Can't thank her enough. Great job.
