"Great customer service still exists" I pulled in to the dealership without calling ahead after receiving a notification that my tire pressure was low in one of my tires. The service advisor got someone to diagnose the problem and someone else to drive me on to work when it was determined I needed to replace the tire. By the end of my work day my car was ready for pick up. The process couldn't have gone any smoother!
