"Professional service" Professional and friendly staff. Notified when service was completed. Staff was very professional and answered all questions. I will recommend their service to anyone needing it.
"Great Service" Victoria showed great customer service. She provided me with a loaner so I could go to work and not be inconvenienced as the technicians work on my vehicle. She contacted me promptly once my vehicle was ready for pickup. It was washed and ready.

"Changed my mind!!!" I considered driving to another dealership due to past experience but Victoria changed my mind and experience. It was outstanding from start to finish. She was friendly, understanding, helpful, assuring and confident in her technicians knowledge to diagnose and fix the issue. I waited at dealership and everyone was courteous. "My M 4 was due for maintenance " They did and awesome job and accommodated me as my schedule is usually hectic and they made it work. Victoria did a wonderful job and kept me updated on the progress.

"Great customer services all around" I am a new car owner of a BMW X5 series. The service I received was outstanding. The customer service started with my salesman. He has so much patience whenever I call.. And the customer service lady was also courteous. She made sure I had a ride to work. The people that worked on my car, took very good care of it, and they even detailed my car. Awesome service, and I am telling all my friends about BMW of Albany.
"Just average " I expected better. My appointment was at 8:30 and it took hours for them to finish. Normally when I get service I am provided a loaner but this time I wasn’t. They did however give me a ride to work.
