"Service" I would recommend anyone to BMW of Albany Ga. We purchased a brand new 2108 BMW and not knowing that the navigation system wasn’t updated till we went to Atlanta Ga. And it was spending us in a circle. The service department updated our service free of charge when we heard other dealers charge no matter what. BMW really cares about their customers thanks !
"routine service" Victoria was really friendly and was very welcoming. I work in the medical field, so for me it is great when someone greets you by your name. It makes you feel like the person knows you personally. I was surprised that I had to have a service that was not covered under my warranty. Out of the 11 years I have been with BMW, that was a first, Gil said that it was recommended by the tech, so I had it done. The Service folks who take your information are very through and seemed very interested in what you need BUT being told it doesn't show up on our monitor and it doesn't happened when we try to crank etc etc doesn't help me. "Routine service" Everything completed in less than a day plus an additional non routine request. Melissa was great...pleasant and personable. And she kept me updated on the status of the non routine request.
