I had a fantastic experience at BMW of Reading. I sent an inquiry about a vehicle at 10 pm on a Sunday and received a reply from Eric within minutes saying that someone would contact me in the morning. I heard back from Sorin the next morning about the car, and went in that afternoon for a test drive. Start to finish, the whole process was a pleasure. I drove 90 min to look at a car only to find out it was sold. had a appointment for 2pm was told car was sold at 9am. no one even called me to say don't bother coming. guess they didn't want to waste their time.
This was the worst dealership I have every purchased a car from. I purchased a "certified preowned" car from them at the end of June before my 30 day warranty was up the car started smoking ... check engine light came on plus the oil light. I was told to take it to any dealership to get it looked at. I took it to the Mini dealership in Mt laurel NJ. I had to back and forth 3 times and BMW dealership said they are not going to cover the repair they offered to to pay 1500 on the 4800 bill yo repair the car. I just brought the ... read more
I don’t recommend this place. I went to look for a car for my daughter and the salesman Jess was rude when I was checking the engine and saw grease around the engine and told him and he asked me if I worked on cars and I said yes but he said not on this one. So then he slammed the hood and told me if I didn’t want it not to get it and I was just checking the car making sure everything was good. That’s what customers do. He says he has 30 years of experience but I don’t think he has any at all by the way he treated me.
My husband and I have been seriously looking for a new car and came across something we thought worth traveling for. As parents of four both working full time, our time is very important. My husband had been emailing back and forth with Jeannine this week and hadn't heard back so we called this morning to make sure the car was available before taking the hour and a half drive with all the kids. I am driving an older BMW 325xi wagon (2004) . The cars have a design problem with the transmission and BMW has issued a technical service bulletin with a software upgrade to fix it. I called, 3 TIMES!!! provided the VIN number, the TSB #, I did all the legwork (I used to work for a large European car manufacturer....) On the last attempt I spoke with a service department member who said he would speak with the shop foreman and he was never heard from again. When I called my husband to discuss the car, and told the sales man we were going to discuss it tonight and decide he pretty much tossed my car keys back at me, was beyond rude. Had he been professional and nice- he would’ve had a sale. He was rude, argumentative and spoke to me as if I was a child.
