So I picked up my car today and it was driven 25 miles after the emissions test was performed. It’s a BMW Z4 so someone wanted to drive it pretty bad. They changed the cabin air filter and now the blower motor sounds like a weed wacker. Then I get it home and we notice it has body damage!!! Omg this is not the service I have expected to experience with BMW.

Sold me a used car in July with badly scuffed snow tires. 2 days after buying the car, I reported a vibration, and a popping sound in the stereo when it rained. They never found most of these issues, and refused to repair what was damaged by the, "Popping sound" (stereo and satellite receiver destroyed by water in trunk, caused by blocked convertible ports). The vibration was fixed immediately by another dealer, who immediately recognized that the car has after-market wheels that required spacers.

Just A FYI Stay away from this service department, they were way off on diagnosing our problem. I am a first-time BMW owner and had a terrible experience. Had to have my X3 towed to Reading BMW in Oct 2016 because engine quit running, which was still under factory warranty, the service department stated, after reviewing the situation that it will not be covered under warranty because the wrong oil was used (wrong viscosity) and that we needed a new engine. Dealership has gone downhill since Massano owned; specifically service. You take your car in for one issue and they consistently tell you it needs other repairs. Husband purchased his BMW at Reading dealership and I just purchased an X5 at Faulkner in Lancaster. Highly recommend the drive to Lancaster if you are looking for a great service experience!
I took my car into BMW for a oil change and for them to check my wipers and I literally sat there for two hours. The customer service guy came to me to tell me they only have to wash your car. So I waited another hour. Then I went to the customer service guy To to ask what was the hold up. He said they have your car in the wash now......� then I get my car back after two hours and they didn't replace the oil change sticker. So I have no idea when my next oil change is.... My wife bought a brand new car from Chad in cash but AJ rushed through the paperwork only telling her to "sign here, don't worry" even when I noticed errors. Now nearly 5 months later we cannot get the title because AJ filled out the papers wrong and Tom Masano dealership rudely sends her to voicemails or tells her there's nothing they can do or that they've fixed it though they haven't. Extremely frustrating; once they have your money they won't fix their mess when they've destroyed your credit.
