Any questions or concerns I had she took care of them. I have in the past had some horrible customer service in other places so it was a pleasure to receive her as my service consultant. Sharon was great to work with. She was very thorough. The service I requested was done very quickly, a loaner car was provided for my use.

Just continue with the tradition of good quality service.. I'm kept informed when service is due for my cars and also given the option to wait or receive a ride or loaner. This can't be found at every dealership, trust me I know! But all and all the dealership is awesome!!!

After 60 + years of auto dealings from one type or another, BMW of Columbus is as good or better than all that I've been involved with. The staff has the kind of approach that makes you want to come back again and again.

I was taken care in a very professional and promptly manner. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. Wish the maintenance staff could be a little mindful of their hands and shoes, found some stains in the inside of my vehicle. Could be useful to use paper mats and a visual inspection afterwards. Overall it was great.

Excellent service, car was ready when promised. Also carry assisted me with some technology issues from my car. I was also offered a loaner that made my day much easier.

I cannot fault the level of professionalism and curtesy I was shown during all dealings with the dealership. The roadside breakdown was distressing and the team at Columbus did everything they could to make it better.

Sharon Jennings is truly an exceptional example of what BMW representatives should be. She was empathetic, professional, and helpful. Sharon was an excellent liaison for the mechanic as I understood what the issues were. My only gripe is with BMW as a whole (how the company does not have a database of services by VIN baffles me), but I cannot penalize this particular dealership for it. I received a loaner promptly, and the cost of the service was lower than the estimate: always a plus!
