I meant to give my compliments to the team when purchasing the vehicle. The link expired and I could not comment. Stanley was wonderful to work with. I went in with my guard up from past experiences elsewhere and he immediately brought them down. Mrs. Jennings is the best that this department has to offer. I have came here for service for about 4 years and I stopped back in 2014 due to lack of concern and blunt behavior by this department. After purchasing my BMW in Roswell and me living in Columbus, I gave this location another try for service and this young lady has really set the bar! BMW of Columbus truly take customer satisfaction to a new level. They are always super helpful, knowledgeable about the products and happy to assist before and after the purchase. This is the second car I have purchased from them and I will continue to purchase my cars from them as everyone I dealt with was a pleasure.
The car pick up service is great. I go to work and have my car picked up from there. It is effortless and I always have a nice service to use until my car is finished. Then, they bring it back to me! Great!
I told them the symptoms and they found the problem and repaired the problem. Service Rep. was very easy to work with. She called to update me on the progress.
I've been coming to BMW of Columbus since I PCS'd to the area for Military Service, and the service staff has always been prompt and professional. They're a an excellent group and they give professional recommendations without forcing anything onto the customer. I have always had a good experience at my BMW service department. This time was no exception. Sharon was very friendly and did an excellent job of informing me of my service needs.
Was in and out of the dealership in less than one hour. Staff was exceptional! They had my car ready in the showroom when I showed up.
