I had in my mind what I wanted and the amount I wanted to pay. The Sale Representative, along with management staff, made it happen.
Our service advisor made us feel we were the most important customer. She was very tentative to what we had to say, we didn't feel rushed, she kept us informed of what was going on with our vehicle. Sharon Jennings is a great asset to BMW of Columbus. She would also be a great sales representative. Her customer service skills are way beyond. Keep up the great work Sharon!!
The dealership and especially service representative Sharon did an excellent job working with us. She explain everything well and stayed in communications with us on the service repairs. This was very important during the time we had just lost a family member and was trying to leave town for his funeral.
It took less than two hour to get back after repair on my running light. That was great because of other business I had to do that day. I have always had a great experience with BMW dealership.
I found the service staff very accomodating and helpful. Overall my experience was very pleasant and the service place was very comfortable. I would highly recommend your service department.

Great timely service. I took my 2012 335i in for a routine oil change and was informed of another matter that would have cost me out of pocket had I not been informed in a timely manner. Great quality service!
