"My Experience Purchasing 2019 BMW X3 from C. Karkaetedes" I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and professionalism dealing with the dealership staff and particularly Charlie Karkaetedes. The experience was low pressure and Charlie was very professional and extremely helpful. He met me near where I live to pick up my check so that I did not have to travel to the dealership. I look forward to continuing the relationship with the dealership and Charlie.

"Charlie K. all the way....." Fearing a typical protracted, painful buying experience, we were thrilled when Charlie K. met us. A true professional, backed up by other professionals at the dealership. A good deal on a 2017 X1 that looks brand new. I was so pleased, I reached out to the GM at BMW of Sudbury to congratulate him on his team.

"Worked with him for buying x3. Earlier went for leasing..." Worked with him for buying x3. Earlier went for leasing but later changed to buying option. He was very patient and went thru everything that i asked for.

"Worked with Juliana for two weeks first while leasing x3,..." Worked with Juliana for two weeks first while leasing x3, then had to change the plan to buy x3 and then exchanged vehicle within exchange period. She had been very patient and worked through all finance options. She was very helpful.

"Repeat Customer, will be back!" I have worked with Charlie Karkaetedes in the past and will ask specifically for him the next time I come in to the showroom. Charlie is a professional in every sense of the word. In this day and age, competition is rampant and consumers have a wide variety of choice. Quality customer service is often the differentiator.

"Charlie at BMW of Sudbury is the best!" I don't usually like the car buying experience or writing reviews for that matter, however I have to when it comes to Charlie Karkaetedes of BMW of Sudbury. He is so relaxing to deal with because he doesn't try to sell you a car or pressure you in any way. Some people like the negotiation process, but I don't. "Bill Kramer is the best of the best!" Nobody knows BMWs as well as Bill Kramer. His product knowledge is only surpassed by his outstanding customer service. A real attribute to the dealership! Brian Frye is the best Service Advisor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is smart, honest, friendly, and loves his job. He has saved me money on my car by recommending services that give it longevity, and by NOT recommending services my car didn't need quite yet. I'll always see Brian Frye when I visit BMW Sudbury.
