"Great experience " Long overdue review. Purchase an x3 service loaner for my spouse. We weren't sure what to buy but this dealer was so helpful and accommodating. The GM, salesperson and finance worked the numbers and basically made the deal affordable based on terms. Great car and would go thru them again.

"Excellent Salesperson: Manny D'Ambrosio" My experience purchasing a 2017 Lexus at BMW of Sudbury was first rate. And I give the credit for that to Manny D'Ambrosio, a respectful, no-pressure salesman with excellent "people skills"! Manny was conscientious and went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed and assisted throughout the process. Also of help and good humor was finance director, Andrew D. Sadler. "Service is "next level" of outstanding" Brian Frye was my service advisor, and I cannot say enough about his excellence and professionalism. Brought my vehicle for what started out as "something simple". Service team identified some serious mechanical issues with the car. It required some major work to be performed. "Very good buying experience" Recently purchased a used 535 from them. Everyone there was a pleasure to interact with.
