"Experience with BMW of Sudbury herb chambers " Salyna was a bit rude and aggressive to us , which we found somewhat annoying . It occurred She thinks customers don’t know their numbers or hasn’t done their research , which amused us . Steve was calm , friendly and nice Andrew from finance was great , explained in detail and very knowledgeable of the service .
"Great experience from start" It was a really great experience right from start. Tongzheng was a great guy to work with. He had a great attitude and was pretty knowledgeable. He followed up and was able to answer all questions. Dealership itself is pretty nice, with a lot of friendly staff. Overall, an excellent experience!

"Very Friendly and Efficient " Despite the myth that you see an advertisement on a particular car, walked into the dealership to buy "that car" and the car does not exist....WELL, I had the opposite experience. "Consistently Great Experiences" I just bought my second car from BMW Sudbury in the last 6 years and last year helped my son buy his very first car here as well. I have tried other BMW dealers in the area but I always come back to Sudbury. They are honest and straight forward and I have consistently been able to get a very fair deal on trade ins and a very aggressive price on the new cars, and they have never been cars that they really have to deal on either (orders, M5, etc.).
