I purchased my car from Advantage Clear Lake so this was my first time going to get a routine oil change at this location. The reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 was because even though I booked my appointment same morning they didn’t have it on the printed list upon check-in. So instead of waiting 10min for an advisor while my car had been moved from one lane to the next...I had to inquire what was taking so long to find out how long it would be for my oil change after 45min.
