The service department here is always extremely busy. Sometimes you can't get in for an appointment. Having said that, I have always been treated with exceptional customer service when I'm here. I've owned 3 BMW's from this place and have always come here for service.

I wanted to thank Salima personally (and let the world know) for being a awesome sales representative for Advantage BMW. Everything you said you would take care of with my truck you did just that. I notice the rims were changed out as well which had alot of nicks on them from hitting the curb from previous owner. I never asked for them to be change or what ever was done to them to be done.
