Dealer Recall work regarding my 2018, BMW X1 The Dealer Recall work was taken c/o and the work was extremely professionally well done. The Dealer also arranged for me to have a courtesy rental car at no cost to me for two days while the work was taken c/o. Everything went fine and I am very pleased.

Finally great service from BMW Great experience overall. I went to BMW Clearlake and although they repaired my engine for approximately $3k, they left the dirty engine cover in my back seat laying against my white leather seats. I went downtown to BMW Midtown and they didn?t have time to check out my vehicle and made me feel like my service was unappreciated. I?m glad that I was come to BMW North where they care.
