Recall on X5 Great customer service and no complaints. Came in for a few recalls on a 2019 X5 and a weather strip that was not installed properly, got it all taken care of no problems.

Service to my 435i Engine light was on and brought car in for repair. Easy to get appointment at time I wanted. I elected to wait at dealer for work to be done. Analysis was done within an hour and a half after I arrived. They did not have the part in stock but gave me a loaner since they would keep the car over the weekend. Work was completed within reasonable time. Great Experience Was having an issue with a ticking noise and the glove box, amongst others. Chen did a great job. He was concerned about helping find the right repairs that made sense for my budget. He also made sensible recommendations. Very pleased. I will ask for him next time I need service.
