Great service Went in for a warranty recall the fixed it and some interior trim. Also let me drive a loaner while the did what was needed to fix my car.
BMW North Houston My salesperson, H. Briggs and the assistant general manager were easy to work with and we reach a reasonable arrangement.
Good but slow in shuttle Everyting is excellent except shuttle service is too slow. Have schedule for shuttle at 7:30am but didnt get to work until 9:30. Had to tag along with other people while we had a schedule
Quick, easy, simple Easy, I was in/out the door in less than 2 hours with my daughters new BWM.
i3 Check-up Bought a 2014 i3 from another dealer and brought it in for a health check on all systems. Dustin made us feel at home as the service tech completed the multi point inspections. In the end, my i3 got a clean bill of health. I will be back to service my vehicle in the future.
Volvo XC90 purchase Our salesman Dardan Rexhepi was excellent. Bridgette was excellent with information sharing and customer service. She got us in the door and Dardan closed the deal. Well done!
Great Out-of-State Buying I'd spent over a year looking for the perfect E92 M3. It had to have the exact right color combination and options. I finally found one, and it was located across the country in Houston. I reached out to them and got in contact with Shaun, their online sales rep.
