BMW first buyer experience I worked with Shaun Messiah. Also dealt with Nick Butuc. The dealership has been recently renovated and facilities are outstanding. Price discovery was hard though. ahad to really push to arrive toma fair market value for the price of the car I was buyimg and also de trade in. They say they dont haggle proces but at the end like any other commodity theyll compromise. They did start with a low ball offer on trade in , well below any dealer in the area. My next car purchase will likely be a BMW, although in general these vehicles offer a significant investment for maintenance, Radar's support and services sets my mind at ease and certainly makes me feel as though I am getting my money's worth.
2017 X5 Purchase, BMW North of Houston Jairo Daniel was a great sales advisor. For sure he was key to decide for this dealership, almost 50 miles from my home in Katy. I do my research and they were able to provide best price offer. Finance advisor was Ok, unfortunately his job with all forms to sign and big pink sheet is always confuse...overall very good experience...hope the service continue in the same way. Good job Daniel!
