Excellent Car Buying Experience I had a great experience here from start to finish. TJ made the sales experience enjoyable without an inkling of pressure for me to buy. He was knowledgeable and fun to converse with--a great guy! He handed me off to Kali in the finance department, and she was able to get me very low interest financing and some sizeable discounts on the car. She was similarly knowledgeable and fun to converse with. In the end, I drove off with a car that fits me perfectly.

BMW of North Houston I have bought two BMWs from this dealer. Hanalorie Bruges was my salesperson in both cases. I came back to buy my second because the sakes experince was so easy, professional and honest. I have used the service department since both sales. My service manager Eric Camargo is the best. Good service but $$$$ The guys do good work and get a lot done fast. ...but they are expensive. I realize that part of it is BMWs engineering of the repair itself. The cost of maintenance really needs to be better understood when you have a car like this.
