BMW North- Houston TX I got an appointment for the next day, which was awesome. When I got there, I didn't have to wait long at all before I was attended too. My service guy, Radar, was the absolute BEST! He explained everything that was going to be worked on and what items were under warranty and which ones weren't. When I came back my car was washed and ready. I didn't have to wait long at all. Everyone at this location was very nice to me and had a great attitude!

BMW N Houston Dealership and car Shaun was our salesman and he did a fine job, he was polite and did his best to make sure we were comfortable and that the process moved along quickly. I purchased the car less than a week ago and it is now at the service department at Jaguar San Antonio getting fixed.
