Drove my i3 for 2 yrs. on a lease and liked it so much I decided to buy it. Ric Koresky (a fellow i3 driver) was great to work with on the lease and handed me off to Paul Kolleck in the CPO department to discuss my options to purchase the vehicle. We had a positive experience from start to finish. All of my questions were answered and I felt everything was handled in a professional and friendly manner.
This is my second lease with my BMW, and my first with The BMW Store. Katelynn was my initial contact and was tremendously helpful throughout the process, and a pleasure to work with. Paul is friendly and enthusiastic and we luckily we were able to come to a deal quickly as I was crunched for time. My interactions with Susan, Conor, and Ric were brief but they were very courteous and definitely contributed towards an all-around positive experience.
