For the past ten years, I have come back time and time again to the BMW Store in Cincinnati. This is my fifth car purchase/lease and they just make it so easy. The cars keep getting better and better and are of course amazing to drive. Paul Kolleck has taken great care of me over the years and is top notch. Paul Kolleck is an friendly, honest salesman who I genuinely feel has my best interest in mind when finding the right car. He has guided me on the lease of my last 3 BMWs. Everyone else with whom I've interacted has always been polite and professional.
This is the third BMW I have bought from this dealership. Great experience. Everyone was on their "A" game!. there was a young woman who was the vehicle pro who showed me all of the features. i forgot her name but she was excellent also. I think it was Susan Ward.
Everyone has always been very pleasant and knowledgeable. The service area is particularly clean and efficient; I wait for my service work and enjoy the environment in the area. Matt Garman has been very helpful with the I-Drive in my X3 (although the I-Drive is classic German over-engineering -- get rid of it and let us do things the way we did before it was imposed on owners)

It was a comfortable experience overall. Tim Morrison was extremely helpful and easy to work with, he continuously followed up and got us whatever we wanted. The dealership was clean and pleasant. Overall a great place for a great car!
