Went into The BMW Store looking to test drive an X3. I saw the X1 and knew that if I was buying BMW that was the car for me. Tim Morrison, our salesman, showed us the car and reviewed all the features and then left us on our own to drive. Once we brought the car back, Tim answered our questions. He did not pressure us for a decision but did followed up a day later via email and then met us with the car he thought I would want We re-test drove the car. Drove over from Indy because of their large inventory and competitive pricing. Having plenty of options to explore made a buying decision easy. Wish I lived closer to take advantage of their service program.

Easy in and easy out. I live out of state and the process couldn’t have been easier. Everyone from start to finish was more then helpful. Dean was great... answered all of my questions and helped me run different scenarios. I’m usually awful to deal with when buying a car... I love the game... here there were no games. I have zero loyalty when buying cars. It’s all about numbers... but I will be back.

Great expirence . Enjoyed all the people at the store I’m out of town right now and can’t remember the names of the two people that help. One was the girl that greeted us when arrived and helped us with our turning in our old car. And the other gale that explained all the features of the new car . Both were great
The people at the dealshipship are very friendly and helpful. The displays are clean and easy to view and the staff made me feel at home. Tom was very helpful and helped me with no pressure to purchase a BMW that fits my needs. He answered all my question and we talked about mutual businesses we were associated which made it easier to relate.
