"Had a fat tire driving from Michigan to Chicago and..." Had a fat tire driving from Michigan to Chicago and didn’t think I could make it to my dealer in Chicago so detoured to your place. As soon as I walked in I was helped out and everyone was great. Had to leave my car but got a X-1 as a loaner and loved it. Car was ready the next day and I headed back to the lake.
"My exeperience was superb" My experience was superb because the recommended service items were completed in a timely. But the icing on the cake was when my husband called and asked me if there was hand sanitizer in the waiting area and I could immediately confirm YES. So then he knew I was in a safe environment. My service representative Nick preordered the item I needed so my valuable time was not wasted.
"Friendly and Efficient " Stephanie wasn’t available when I drove up, but others stepped up to check me in. Waiting room was clean and orderly as usual and the routine service went quickly with a good wash when finished. A couple of minor points that would have made a good experience even better; bathroom soap in a large clumsy bottle rather than in dispensers and a lot of personal chatter among employees within earshot of the customer waiting area that should have taken place elsewhere.
"Best dealership" I've been driving BMW'S for 25 years, have purchased 7 vehicles all from this dealership via four different owners, and will continue because they have the best service , location, and employees. Chris Hardaway is very knowledgable, and a pleasure to deal with.

"Great Service" Great service. The payment was higher than expected but it is what it is. Nick what helpful as usual and Brandon did an excellent job cleaning my car.
