"Prompt, efficient service; good communication " Have been going to this dealer for 19 years, before it was Schererville BMW. During that time the quality of service has been good, sometimes great (nearly 20 years is a long time). Nick has always been fair and communicative and efficient. Car had a leak so couldn’t wait until Corona goes away, but service was fast and efficient. Only one point — none of the staff were wearing masks (I was) but no problem in keeping distance.

" Have been exclusively utilizing this dealership for my BMW service needs for the last six years, and 15 years overall, and my service advisor NIck Wilson for the last three years. Work and service performed is always consistently accurate and thorough, and I trust the communications coming from my advisor Nick. He monitors my vehicle's progress, and follows through on any commitments made to me. I wouldn't take any of my BMWs anywhere else.
