"Top Notch Service Every Time" Once again, my service experience at BMW of Schererville was outstanding. I especially appreciate working with NIck, who is consistently accommodating and provides much appreciated updates.
"Above & Beyond!" Service Department was exceptionally attentive, accommodating, and pleasant; especially Dan. I have been in for recalls prior but had not encountered, nor was I expecting, this level of service. Your team went "the extra mile" when they unexpectedly replaced a missing floor matt in my car and even returned it to me cleaner than when I dropped it off!
