"Service " From the the time I left a message to cirrecting the problem for my car. Nick was quick to respond and excellent customer service. The car was fixed within a couple of hours, faster than I had expected. Thank you
"Service Engine light on" So far I've experienced great customer service,. Had a Friday, 7:30 am appointment wait time was not too bad my thermostat was cover by BMW which made the wait worth while. Moving forward Schererville, IN will be my new car service provider.
"Great Service" Compeitiive service pricing on brakes and tires. Aaron is a Service Advisor Pro, honest, knowledgeable. I've tried to use other dealerships for service but I'll stick with BMW of Schererville.
"Effortless this time around." Our salesman, Joe, is the best we’ve ever had. Our previous experience with our last vehicle at this dealership was quite literally the worst we’ve ever had. We were hesitant to even set foot back at the location but so far Joe has turned things around for us. He is a true asset to the team and should be acknowledged for his professionalism. "Good customer service." The BMW representative was very courteous. He explained everything that needed to be done to my car. All of the paperwork that I received was clearly explained to me. I felt comfortable talking to the representative.

"Repair on a BMW that wasn't completed correctly a different " The Steeler gave me an original estimate on some front suspension damage and I took it to wear my insurance recommended. Bad decision I will never take my car anywhere else but a BMW dealership people Schererville BMW took care of me in a minimum amount of time and I've always been pleased with the work would highly recommend

"Great service" I needed two new tires. Got an appointment that fit my schedule. Wait time was fine. The work that was needed was thourghly explained to me.
