"Pleasant and personable" This dealership makes any of my visits there worry free, and time spent waiting goes fairly well. The BMW TEAM are very accommodating. Keep up the great work.
"Excellent customer service" I was looking to purchase a used vehicle ( Jeep Wrangler non the less) for my daughter and found two to choose from at the dealership. I was able to work with Justin and Berto and have have one of the all around best car buying experiences of my life with them and the entire staff at BMW of schererville. I would recommend them to anyone and would go back any time.
"750 LI - highway breakdown" First, BMW roadside assistance was great. Second the tow had to go to the nearest BMW dealer. Nick was my service guy. He helped get my car back to factory expectations and any unknown recall issues. All is good, the Shererville building and service team members were all friendly. The only thing that I would have changed with the great customer care would have been at least an exterior car wash - the car was there for almost two weeks.
