"Great job " Emailing back and forth with Toby prior to my visit made the experience that much better. He had the car ready for me with some additional options. After test driving the CPO 5 series I knew I was ready to buy. Kathy was just as helpful as Toby was. I appreciate how easy they made this process for my family and I.

Jen was great through the whole process. She made sure I got the car that I wanted and was happy when driving off the lot. I just can't wait until it's convertible weather!!!!
After purchasing my car I had a few remaining questions for service. Joe was more than helpful when it came down to answering my service questions. Loved the customer service BMW provided me with!
I got to say.. I was very impressed by the Sales team at the dealership. They all well educated about the product which made my desion easier and the overal buying process more satisfying.
I’ve never owned a BMW before so I was extermely excited to make my purchase. I shopped around A LOT and it was exhausting. I’m glad I made the drive to Schererville. They had a great inventory which made my part harder but when I finally decided on a car, the rest of the process felt like a cake walk. Thanks again guys! And will be coming back for my appointment with the genius.
