"I would buy my next BMW here" We bought a CPO BMW at this dealership. Richard V. assisted us in the process and was a class act gentleman. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle and the process was very simple. Pricing was transparent and straight forward with no hidden fees. We did have an issue after purchase with the vehicle that resolved in a satisfactory manner by Jason L.

"Favorable Experience at BMW of Tenafly!" The sales person, Caesar Marrufo was very helpful, very accommodating and NEVER left us. Likewise the manager Stephen Hourican was very courteous. There was a slight incident in the conference room when Caesar offered us some food as it was almost 1pm and we were there since 930am. His other co-workers denied me and my kids from taking food and so we left. Caesar and his boss Stephen were kind enough to still provide food for us even if we told them we didn't want them.
