"I had a very favorable experience at BMW of Tenafly!" The sales person, Caesar Marrufo, was very patient and accommodating with me, very easy to work with! From the management side Vincent Joseph was very helpful in completing the transaction. "Incredible experience!" After being ignored by several NY BMW dealerships, one Kia dealership, and one Volvo dealership, we happened into BMW Tenafly. Not only did they have a great selection of CPOs, but Cesar Marrufo was incredibly kind and accommodating. We went in to look, and Cesar and team was able to get us into a car we wanted, managed the return of our lease, and we drove the car home that day. "I bought a new car and the process was very professional..." I bought a new car and the process was very professional as expected. The reason I leave a positive feedback, though is that after buying the car I had some technical issues and other requests and the sales guys responsiveness and eagerness to help me resolve everything was no less than their initial drive to sell the car. I'm happy for choosing to buy my car there. Buying from trustworthy people goes beyond just buying a good car.
