"Stellar customer service and vehicles" there were a few things that we needed to add to the vehicle a few days later in the service department. 1st of all the courtesy vehicle they gave us was top of the line and we enjoyed it. Then when we came to pick up ours we dealt with Jon Collins. He seriously took customer service to a whole new level. "The Gold standard..." My wife and I had an amazing experience with the BMW of Tenafly team. Melissa provided us with an appointment that met our busy schedule. Our sales associate Cesar Marrufo, is polite and extremely knowledgeable of the inventory. He was patient in explaining all of our options with purchasing a CPO. Jason Lee, the General Manager was also polite, patient and a true ,"pro", as we finalized our decision on our purchase.

"low pressure, good deal" Purchased my third BMW from Ernesto Motta at BMW of Tenafly, mainly because of his attention to details.
