I dreaded the whole dealership experience, but was pleasantly surprised how smooth everything went. Mannie was accomodating and professional from the moment I walked in until I was driving off the lot. He went above and beyond even though it was freezing out to allow me to test drive a few vehicles, including one that I wasn't even thinking of purchasing just to let me get a feel of the difference. Bought a beautiful x1 from Ernesto. He is the best in the business! Truly makes you feel as if he will be upset if he doesn’t make your BMW dreams come true and does everything he possibly can to work with what you can handle. Absolutely no issues at all.
