I went in to BMW of tenafly and my sales representative, Angelo, was very helpful and accommodating upon my entry. He asked me what budget I had and what type of car I needed with any specific options. From there on he gave me a bunch of cars and followed up with me a bunch of times which helped me find the perfect fit for my first BMW lease! From my first contact via email through closing of a certified pre-owned vehicle deal and followup, my salesperson Euna Wilson provided full service - prompt, respectful and thorough without being pushy. Additionally Sean Mohammed who handled the financing was a pleasure to work with - again thorough and respectful. As reasonable as my expectations are it is rare to find this level of service at many dealerships. I highly recommend Euna and Sean, and the dealership as well. Good leadership begets good staff.
We had an exceptional experience at BMW of Tenafly due to Alain Matatyan, our client advisor, and his sales manager, Stephen Hourican. Compared to other dealerships in which there are dreaded pressure tactics, negotiation games and hidden agendas, they were both upfront and classy during the entire process of leasing a vehicle from them. Their social intelligence and ability to assess customer needs served to engender trust, which is a unique and treasured commodity in the car industry. We highly recommend their dealership!
Just want to share my recent experience when leasing a new vehicle at Tenafly: Both Sean and Don assisted me with a vehicle that best suits my lifestyle & would also be within my price range. I've been working with John Collins over the years to get my vehicles serviced and I would like to give him recognition for being an outstanding representative at the BMW Tenafly Service Center. Euna Wislon is amazing! She went above and beyond every step of the way. She even delivered my car to me in CT and took my trade-in back with her to NJ. Euna Wilson was from the outset extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive.
