I have been using this BMW Tenafly for more than 15 years. I have leased at least 4 BMWs and purchased 1 BMW from this shop. The sales person (George), Floor Manager (Jason Lee) and General Manager are outstanding individuals before they present them as sales associates. The Financial manager also is very personable. I bought a 2015 CPO BMW 435ix convertible. The sales personnel was extremely friendly, inviting and straight forward during the price negotiation. They were quick to respond to all my questions. Marlen is the best. I saw him last week to see if I could get a new lease with 3 months left in my contract. He found a way to take the car back and was able to find multiple incentives to lower my costs for the new car. I drove away with a 2018 540i Xdrive 5 days later. Easy...

Angelo was great and easy to work with. Had the car, best price and, when the time came to buy, have done all the work with my minimal involvement. Just what I'd expect form a very professional team. Jake took over on the finance and detailed all my options on insurance and why it would be important to have things covered. Easy, simple and great deals on all the options. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation...especially my “client advisor” Euna Wilson! She was without a doubt the most gracious and professional person that I have ever dealt with when buying a car and I have bought a few as a woman on my own. Other dealships/salemen didn’t seem to take me seriously. The entire transaction from beginning to driving away in my new car was a pleasure.
