I had a great experience returning my 535GT and getting into an X6 50i. It was a seamless transaction. I highly recommend Alan, the transaction was done over the phone and he answered my many questions. I would highly recommend him. When I entered the dealership, all I had to do was view the vehicle sign paperwork and got a manicure while I waited for my new ride to be detailed. I was treated very well, A+ service.
