Joanne Domingue, customer Everything was sparkly clean -- important during this pandemic. Staff all helpful and courteous. Ron Ryan, our salesman, was wonderful. He set up a loaner car for me to drive home to downtown SJ to show to my husband who is disabled. We needed to make sure his walker would fit into the rear hatch area . It did! I was really touched that Ron enable such a thoughtful thing.

Thanks for a truly Amazing Car Buying Experience! I visited 2 other BMW locations before I came to this particular location, as Steven's Creek BMW was a little further away from my house compared to the other locations, but I am truly glad that I came here, as my search for a good car and an affordable price Stopped here and I was able to drive a car of my Dream home with little to no effort on my end!

Easy to work with Straight forward and direct customer service which made the purchasing process smooth. Went in and drove a car that was almost what I wanted but was missing a few features. Ron helped me find the right one within a day and I was back!

car purchase Shopping during the Covid crisis was unnerving. I really liked the way everything was done to ensure my safety. As for buying the car - I knew which one I was going to purchase ahead of time. I was an easy sale. Still everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgible.
