Smooth process! Was very pleased with my experience with TJ and Esther. TJ was very responsive and delivered on everything exactly as committed in our communication prior to arriving. Also, we love our new CPO! The only thing that made me somewhat uncomfortable is that I noticed several other customers not wearing masks inside the dealership. I imagine that piece is difficult for the dealership to manage, though.

Daniel Before visiting Stevens Creek BMW we stopped at other dealerships that include Roseville, Sacramento, Elk Grove, Modesto, Pleasanton and a couple of others. No doubt a lot of driving coming from Stockton over 2 days. We were in no hurry to buy but wanted to get a feel for the market. After stopping at SC BMW it was hard to walk away.
