Great Dealership! It was great to walk into a dealer that gave great customer service all the way through from start to finish! I had been to 3 other dealers in the east bay and they were no where near the type of service I received from Stevens Creek BMW!

Great experience! Just bought a new X3 with Mansour as the salesman. He is super helpful and responsive. We have been shopped around for a while and Mansour was always quick responsive from the beginning to finalizing the transaction. And they all are very easy to work with. They weren't able to apply one of the incentives for us but after checking, they contacted BMWFS and added the incentive for us so there was another $750 off towards the purchase. They are willing to help especially Freddy and Mansour.
