Our local BMW dealer did not respond to an email or text for pricing so we decided to look else where. I put the same email out to 3 other dealers and Kuni responded first and foremost, followed up with an email from Lee MacLean, I was impressed with the communication enough to check out the dealership. I have purchased +/- 20 cars in the last 20 years and this was by far the beast car buying experience yet! We drove past Kuni on our way to another dealer Looking for a used Ford Expedition and caught a glimpse of a beautiful one in the Kuni BMW lot as we drove by. I traveled from Washington State for this deal on a rainy day and was pleasantly greeted by Marcus Williams. He was very attentative with my needs with the purchase of the vehicle. Marcus was personable and transparent with the sales process. Jeff Fisher made the paperwork easy to understand and Washington State registration steps were completed in a timely manner. This is our second time buying a car from Kuni. The dealership has a culture of respecting and treating their customer with respect. Mitch Allee is best sales advisor and have purchased four BMW from him and he has a customer for life with me! Once you go Kuni and see Mitch you will never go anywhere else for a car!! He will go above and beyond for you , he doesn't stop once you drive off the lot giving you great customer service and always being there for you .
